Xavier Chéreau

Chief Human Resources, ESG, ICT & Heritage Officer

Xavier Chéreau is Chief Human Resources, ESG, ICT & Heritage Officer and serves as a member of the Interim Executive Committee, which is responsible for the direction and oversight of Stellantis.

Chief Engineering and Technology Officer

Ned Curic is Chief Engineering and Technology Officer with responsibility for Product Development and Technology. He also serves on the Interim Executive Committee, which is responsible for the direction and oversight of Stellantis.  

From June , he was Vice President, Alexa Automotive at Amazon spearheading Amazon’s efforts in the Automotive industry.

Curic started his career in in the field of Engineering Systems at Northrop Grumman, an American multinational aerospace and defense technology company.

After a short stint in the financial industry, in he joined Microsoft where he held various roles in Consulting, Product, Security and Advisory.

He entered the automotive sector in , as Group Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Toyota Motor North America and, in , became Co-founder and Executive Vice-President, Technical Director and Board Member at Toyota Connected.

Arnaud Deboeuf

Chief Manufacturing and Supply Chain Officer

Arnaud Deboeuf is Chief Manufacturing and Supply Chain Officer and a member of the Interim Executive Committee, which is responsible for the direction and oversight of Stellantis.

He has a background in upstream development activities: process engineering, manufacturing, program development and purchasing.

Deboeuf started his career at Renault in as powertrain process engineer followed by a manufacturing experience. In , he joined purchasing to take responsibility at Renault Samsung Motors (South Korea). He returned to France to develop Dacia Duster then the whole Global Access range as program director for seven years. In , he was appointed Senior Vice President of Renault-Nissan Alliance CEO office.

He joined Groupe PSA in as Senior Vice President for Industrial Strategy.

In , he was appointed Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain for Groupe PSA. In addition, he held global responsibility for the light commercial vehicles business unit.

She has built a strong and extensive expertise in the automotive industry with 30 years of experience in two major groups, within the departments of Quality, Product Planning, HR Talent Management and General Brand Development.

This was followed by a move to the Product Planning department, where she successively held the positions of Chief of Product, Director of the Upper Range and ultimately Director of Product Planning between and , where she managed the development of 5 brands. In , she became VP of the Electric Vehicles Program, piloting development of 4 products, making technology choices, and leading planning and profitability.

Jean-Philippe Imparato is Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Enlarged Europe and a member of the Interim Executive Committee, which is responsible for the direction and oversight of Stellantis. Previously, he served as CEO of Stellantis Pro One and the Alfa Romeo brand.
